Key Responsibilities\n

You will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Your work will involve addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, bullying, and trauma, helping to equip students with healthy coping mechanisms and resilience strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Washington State.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment and treatment, with a strong understanding of developmental psychology and therapeutic approaches.

• Ability to build rapport with children and adolescents, employing effective communication and engagement strategies tailored to their developmental needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
