Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions for clients of all ages, using evidence-based approaches to foster personal growth and development.

• Evaluate new client histories to inform treatment plans, consulting with other mental health professionals as needed.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and optimize program activities that enhance patients' therapeutic experiences.

• Participate in credentialing committee meetings to uphold the highest standards of care within the organization.

• Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, fostering collaboration with psychiatric staff and other healthcare providers for holistic client care.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient, continuously assessing their progress.

• Document client progress and therapeutic interventions using approved digital platforms, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic methods and modify approaches based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the goals of the counseling team and the broader organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field is required.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• Proven ability to work effectively with children and families, particularly those with developmental differences, is essential.
