Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status, including the implementation of standardized evaluation tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs, leveraging therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, offering both individual and group therapy, and provide ongoing support and strategies to help clients effectively manage their mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations using electronic health record systems.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients and coordinate referrals when needed.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and provide therapeutic support during emergencies, demonstrating your ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Washington state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment methodologies and a nuanced understanding of various mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
