Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on patients’ unique circumstances and preferences.

• Utilize crisis management techniques and intervention strategies to assist individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Employ a diverse range of evidence-based therapies including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Monitor patient progress by employing data-driven methods, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide weekly or biweekly follow-up sessions, maintaining a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere that fosters patient trust and openness.

• Collaborate effectively with case management and other healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care for your clients.

• Maintain updated documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system while adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
