Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients through video conferencing, adjusting your approach to accommodate different emotional states and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy services cater to a wide demographic, primarily focusing on stable adults experiencing mood disorders and other mild-to-moderate mental health challenges. By addressing their diverse needs through evidence-based treatment methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we strive to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions that resonate with our client base.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, focusing on mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
