Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify patients' concerns, psychological symptoms, and behaviors, leading to informed clinical diagnoses.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate both evidence-based interventions and the unique needs of each client, continually adjusting as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute distress or emergencies, employing strategies to de-escalate and stabilize situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, chronicling treatment progress, assessment details, and any modifications to care plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall treatment efficacy, contributing input on integrated care approaches to reach the best client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, including available treatment options and local resources, empowering them with knowledge for better management of their conditions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, attending workshops, and staying updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
