Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Create and manage individualized treatment plans, setting realistic goals and regularly monitoring progress to ensure effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, aiming for the optimum outcomes for our clients.

• Provide immediate support and intervention for families experiencing crises, employing techniques to stabilize situations and aid in conflict resolution.

• Assist in the development and implementation of community education and outreach programs that promote mental health awareness and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and families facing a variety of challenges, including emotional distress, behavioral issues, and developmental concerns. Your expertise will play a critical role in fostering resilience and recovery within these populations by building trusting relationships, providing evidence-based counseling, and equipping clients with effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in therapeutic settings focused on children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
