Work Environment\n

As a remote healthcare provider, you will work in a fully telehealth setting, communicating with clients through virtual platforms. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The remote nature of this role helps you maintain a flexible work-life balance while still ensuring access to vital mental health services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to inform your therapeutic approach.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals, ensuring a tailored approach to care through techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Implement therapeutic interventions in sessions, guiding clients through psychological challenges and fostering mechanisms for coping and recovery.

• Document clinical notes meticulously and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
