This full-time remote position provides mental health care to individuals through telehealth services, focusing on adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges. The ideal candidates will hold independent licenses such as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, enabling them to deliver exceptional care while potentially receiving supervision if they are in the process of obtaining their license.

Work Environment\n

In this role, you will work entirely remotely, offering you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance efficiently. Our outpatient office setup allows clinicians to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes or any location they prefer, while still maintaining a strong professional connection with the team. With the support of a dedicated Operations and Admissions team, you can concentrate on therapeutic interactions without the distractions of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to ensure a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Facilitate weekly group sessions with a maximum of eight clients, allowing for in-depth discussions and relationship-building.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs and progress.
\n
• Engage in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights, strategies, and collaborate on client care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities such as webinars and training to meet continuing education requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on providing telehealth services to adolescents and young adult clients who require support in managing mental health issues. You will work closely with individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their Journeys towards recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• Possession of an active independent license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) is necessary; junior-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply, as supervision will be provided.

• Availability to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week to client sessions, with flexibility for a contract or W2 employment structure.
\n
• For W2 positions, a commitment to full-time work (40 hours per week) is required, including evening and weekend availability as needed.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the digital delivery of mental health services is advantageous.

• Previous work with adolescent populations is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually.
