Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to formulate tailored treatment plans that address the unique challenges of each individual.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), allowing clients to explore their thoughts and emotions effectively while promoting coping strategies and personal growth.

• Maintain and manage accurate and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal policies, which uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practices.

Qualifications\n
