Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and intake interviews to determine client mental health status and needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address individual client issues.

• Engage in ongoing therapy sessions with clients, providing both individual and group counseling.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment progress.

• Provide referrals to specialized healthcare providers when necessary, such as psychiatrists or addiction specialists.

• Employ crisis intervention strategies to support clients in high-stress or emergency situations.
\n
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals experiencing diverse mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Our clients value culturally competent care, and your role will be essential in establishing trust and rapport. You will be expected to demonstrate sensitivity to the unique life experiences and cultural backgrounds of each client, tailoring therapeutic approaches accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess an active and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments, with a focus on cultural competence.

• Ability to provide effective individual and group therapy employing culturally responsive methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering teletherapy or remote mental health services is highly desirable.

• Proficient in the use of EHR systems and virtual therapy platforms.

• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques (such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
