Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand patients' mental and emotional health needs.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patients, modifying them as necessary to reflect dynamic changes in patient status.

• Diagnosing and treating various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare providers, community resources, and family members, to create coordinated care plans that enhance patient outcomes.

• Providing referrals to external services, such as community programs, support groups, and specialized mental health providers to promote holistic well-being.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant federal, state, and local standards, particularly the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Managing a caseload efficiently while prioritizing the needs of new, current, and discharging patients.

• Offering crisis intervention, bereavement support, and other social work services as required, and conducting ongoing assessments to identify patient needs.

• Engaging in regular communication with patient care teams to address delays, solve issues, and facilitate timely discharges.

• Acting as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring all voices are heard in treatment processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health services cater to a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and various behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid State Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist.

• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources and referral processes.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on empathic engagement and rapport-building with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
