Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapy services using telehealth methods to individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Continually update and implement treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related discipline.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competence in therapeutic practices.

• A proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n
