In this critical role, you will provide culturally sensitive mental health care to a diverse patient population, ensuring that clients receive individualized support that respects their unique backgrounds. Located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, this position offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for a flexible schedule while maintaining a structured workweek, typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While the setup is primarily virtual, direct interaction and collaboration with your colleagues happen through virtual platforms, ensuring a cohesive team atmosphere. Flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate the needs of our patients, who may rely on varying appointment times to access services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's nuanced experiences and create comprehensive treatment plans designed to facilitate their healing journey.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual, taking into account cultural, social, and personal factors that influence their mental health.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, fostering resilience, and enhancing overall well-being.

• Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that clients receive coordinated and holistic care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing established protocols to stabilize situations quickly and effectively.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and valuable community resources that can aid in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.

• Actively participate in team case conferences, cultural competency training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and culturally competent therapeutic practices.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy using patient-centered, culturally responsive approaches.
\n
• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in the use of EHR systems and other technological tools essential for modern therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
