Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new clients to understand their mental health history and current challenges, which will guide the development of individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients, creating a safe therapeutic environment conducive to healing.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
