Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse client populations.

• Regularly collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

• Document all client interactions, treatment activities and progress in an accurate, timely, and confidential manner within the EHR.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of therapeutic practices, utilizing client feedback and outcome measures.
\n Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client base consists of individuals and families facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is strongly preferred.

• Computer proficiency is essential, particularly with Google Suite and electronic health record systems.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to engage with clients and colleagues professionally.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience and demonstrated success in providing mental health services.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar healthcare environment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
