Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of clients, determining suitable treatment approaches tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide short-term individual counseling sessions focused on a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, using evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Collaborate with community organizations, educational institutions, and local health services to build a network of support and promote well-being initiatives throughout Harrison.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
