Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify each patient's specific needs and create individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at helping individuals cope with common mental health concerns, while promoting a sense of community and empowerment.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and holistic care for all patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and immediate support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards in documentation practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience.
