Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing these insights to create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer remote sessions, facilitating their access to mental health support regardless of geographical or logistical barriers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will support range from adolescents to adults grappling with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Our practice emphasizes a client-centric approach, aiming to empower clients to achieve holistic well-being and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health counseling license issued by the state of Tennessee, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in fields related to Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions, supporting a non-judgmental and inclusive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or other evidence-based practices. Demonstrated success in managing a diverse caseload and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
