Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and thoughtful assessments to identify clients' unique mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions and facilitate group or family therapy as appropriate, utilizing tailored evidence-based modalities that align with client objectives.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, applying your clinical expertise to stabilize and guide them through challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards established within the mental health profession.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for clients’ needs within treatment contexts.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed of best practices in mental health therapy through ongoing training, workshops, and peer collaborations.

You will be working with a varied client population, each presenting unique challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist—options include LMFT, LPC, LPC/MHSP, and LCSW.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
