Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, couples, and families to identify their unique needs and inform tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate effective treatment interventions and assist clients in reaching their mental health goals.

• Develop individualized service plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring the inclusion of holistic approaches that address physical, psychological, educational, and social needs.

• Document all interactions, treatment progress, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork by communicating effectively with fellow professionals and attending regular collaboration meetings, such as case reviews and patient rounds.

• Provide case management services and refer clients to additional community resources as necessary, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

• Stay current with industry best practices through participation in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Your ability to establish trust and rapport with clients will be crucial in navigating their unique circumstances and facilitating their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• At least two years of clinical experience in a counseling or mental health setting.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients virtually.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.

• Familiarity with outpatient care and experience working with diverse populations.

• Experience in case management and familiarity with community resource integration.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
