Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews, to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique concerns.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) in one-on-one sessions tailored to specific client requirements, facilitating their journey toward personal growth.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and consistently evaluate their progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, promoting increased accessibility while maintaining the same level of care quality.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of treatment sessions and client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions, allowing for the continuous enhancement of clinical skills and familiarity with emerging therapeutic trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including those coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other psychological issues. This role emphasizes empathetic and culturally competent care, ensuring that every client feels supported in a non-judgmental setting while receiving the mental health services they require.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
