Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to identify concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and craft effective treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate and effective support is available.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to develop a comprehensive approach to client care and support.

• Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and well-being throughout the therapy process.

• Engage in ongoing learning through training, workshops, and professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Your clients will represent a diverse demographic, encompassing a wide range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma recovery. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, as well as families and groups, tailoring your approach to meet the unique cultural, emotional, and social needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
\n
• A minimum of two years relevant experience in a clinical setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a clinical team.

• A strong commitment to upholding ethical standards and professionalism in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a remote therapy setting and familiarity with telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Roseville Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
