Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gather a deep understanding of patients' unique life experiences and formulate tailored treatment plans that reflect their cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods, particularly in culturally competent therapeutic practices.

• Proven experience in providing both individual and group therapy in settings that prioritize cultural responsiveness.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention, maintaining composure and professionalism during emergencies.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and expertise.
