Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapy in various formats—individual, group, and family therapy—using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique objectives of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate coping strategies.

• Maintain precise, confidential client records and documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive, holistic care for each client.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, therapeutic options, and community resources, effectively advocating for their needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy, including participating in relevant workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
