Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, leading to the formulation of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and family systems therapy, to provide effective therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients, assisting them in achieving their mental health goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress or emergency situations, employing your clinical expertise and empathy to navigate their challenges.

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
