You will enjoy standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments by incorporating the impact of medical conditions into evaluations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s unique situation.

• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans tailored to address the dual needs of psychiatric and medical issues, continually monitoring progress against set goals.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to promote patient recovery and resilience.

• Facilitate collaboration with medical providers to establish coordinated treatment strategies, contributing to a broader integrated care plan that enhances comprehensive patient management.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support when needed, equipping patients with coping strategies to manage mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about the correlation between mental health and physical well-being, empowering them to take charge of their own health and treatment journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all patient records reflect accurate, up-to-date information.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences for interdisciplinary care planning, sharing insights, and aligning on treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves patients who experience complex medical and psychiatric needs, including but not limited to chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong proficiency in working with individuals facing co-occurring medical and mental health conditions, showcasing a deep understanding of intersecting care needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
