Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into account the interplay of physical health conditions and psychological well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement integrated treatment plans that effectively address both psychiatric and medical needs of patients.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing the complex mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care.
