Work Environment\n

This role is designed for mental health professionals who thrive in a telehealth setting. Our virtual platform facilitates seamless communication with clients, enabling you to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-up consultations efficiently. Our team operates primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify client needs and establish personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups that encourage community engagement, provide relief to shared concerns, and foster a sense of belonging among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and holistic treatment for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients experiencing immediate mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, available resources, and treatment options to foster understanding and enhance their engagement in the treatment process.

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential electronic health records (EHR) while adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights, develop strategies for improved client care, and participate in ongoing professional development activities.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to provide clients with the best evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and formulate actionable treatment plans.

• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to build rapport and foster trustful relationships with clients.

• Strong judgment, along with adherence to ethical guidelines, maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and digital communication tools to ensure efficient documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
