Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and risks, utilizing standardized assessment tools where appropriate.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at discussing prevalent mental health issues and promoting communal support.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic care and coordinate treatment strategies.

• Manage crisis situations effectively, offering immediate support and intervention strategies to patients during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
