Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that account for each patient’s medical history and current conditions, ensuring well-rounded evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized, integrated treatment plans, skillfully addressing the mental health and medical needs of patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Radiance Counseling Center, you will predominantly work with adults experiencing the challenges of co-occurring disorders such as chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, and substance use disorders. This diverse client base requires a compassionate and understanding therapist who can navigate the complexities of both mental and physical health. Your ability to connect with patients and provide empathetic support can have a profound impact on their treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.
