Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, alongside substance use issues. Our clients often come from underrepresented communities, highlighting the importance of cultural competence and individualized care. Your role is crucial in supporting these individuals as they navigate recovery, aiming for sustainable mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

  Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

  Strong understanding of the complexities surrounding mental health and substance use disorders, along with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary setting.

  Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for empowering clients towards recovery.

Preferred Experience\n

  A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
