Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial mental health assessments, incorporating an understanding of each patient’s medical history and current health concerns to formulate a comprehensive care plan.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions that employ evidence-based practices, adjusting therapeutic techniques to suit the varied needs of patients.

• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to support continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Proven experience in delivering integrated care and collaborating effectively with medical professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
