Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for flexibility while enabling you to engage with patients effectively through telehealth platforms. You will have the support of a multidisciplinary team, and regular team meetings will facilitate ongoing collaboration and professional development. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate the needs of patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the interplay between medical conditions and psychological wellness.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate psychiatric and medical therapies to address the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and nurse practitioners, to ensure coordinated and effective care and foster optimal treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, offering immediate therapeutic assistance and stabilization.

• Educate patients on the relationship between mental health and physical conditions, promoting self-management strategies that empower them in their treatment journeys.

• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care in accordance with ethical and legal standards, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to best practices.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment plans and patient progress.

• Stay informed about current research and best practices in mental health and integrated care to continually enhance treatment efficacy.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse population of individuals facing co-occurring disorders, including those experiencing chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, and substance use challenges. Your role will be vital in ensuring that these patients receive holistic care that addresses both their mental and physical health needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Proven ability to effectively address the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Experience in providing integrated care in collaboration with medical professionals is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

• Demonstrated capability to maintain professionalism and abide by ethical standards while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and digital therapeutic applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually.
