Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through virtual consultations, leveraging assessment tools and evidence-based methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating diverse therapeutic approaches, tailored to the specific goals and preferences of each client.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic support via secure virtual sessions, adapting interventions as necessary to meet client needs throughout their treatment journey.

• Engage clients in the process of setting therapeutic goals, and regularly evaluate progress, ensuring that they feel empowered and involved in their treatment.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, including client progress notes and treatment updates, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and improve care quality.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A relevant Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to connect with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a therapeutic relationship even in a remote setting.

• Strong empathy and understanding towards clients' struggles, combined with a non-judgmental attitude that encourages openness.

• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client schedules and documentation demands.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in delivering remote therapy services is highly desirable. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), will be considered an asset. Additionally, a successful history of working with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences will greatly enhance the therapeutic process.
