Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing client-centered, recovery-focused treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Conducting ongoing assessments to adjust treatment protocols in response to client progress and changing circumstances.
\n
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions that promote coping skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.

• Creating and managing Individual Service Plans to support client goals, track development, and enhance overall well-being.
\n
• Educating clients about available community resources and advocating for their access to these services.
\n
• Monitoring and managing symptoms, using established therapeutic methodologies to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Providing crisis intervention and referral services as necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility protocols and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with clients aged 18 and older who may experience various mental health conditions, impacting their ability to maintain stability and independence within their communities. Our approach emphasizes recovery and rehabilitation, with a focus on evidence-based practices to enhance clients’ quality of life. You will work collaboratively with clients to build trust and facilitate positive therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current license in good standing from the state board with one of the following credentials: \n

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision and no disciplinary actions associated with your license.
