Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide emotional support and therapeutic services to clients, including individual and family therapy.

• Coordinate care efforts by connecting patients with essential resources and services, and assist them in navigating the complexities of medical, behavioral health, and educational systems.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams for pediatric patients, ensuring a holistic approach to all aspects of their care and providing crisis intervention when necessary.

• Develop and implement office screening and treatment protocols for children dealing with conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism, and learning disabilities.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development training and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents who are experiencing a range of mental and behavioral health challenges. Patients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and trauma-related conditions. You will play a key role in their treatment journey, using evidence-based practices to help them navigate their emotions, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or a related field.

• Active and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or an equivalent in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional boundaries.

• A strong commitment to cultural competency and inclusive practices in therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably working with individuals affected by co-occurring disorders, behavioral health challenges, and/or substance abuse treatment.

• Experience in group therapy facilitation and crisis intervention is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and clinical expertise.
