Our practice primarily operates during standard business hours, specifically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, concerns, and strengths, which inform personalized treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that facilitate a sense of community and help address common mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist patients navigating mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate needs are met.

• Educate patients about their conditions, empowering them with knowledge regarding treatment options and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical frameworks, ensuring high standards of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse array of clients dealing with various mental health challenges including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Our therapists are trained to tailor their interventions to the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each patient, promoting inclusive and culturally sensitive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and corresponding therapeutic techniques.
