Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to facilitate therapy sessions and client interactions. Our virtual office hours are Monday through Saturday, providing flexibility for both clients and clinicians. As part of our supportive team, you will have access to in-house credentialing, insurance management, and scheduling assistance, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Strategically triage care and refer clients to appropriate services, ensuring comprehensive support.

• Maintain clear communication with multidisciplinary team members regarding client assessments, treatment plans, and progress updates. Participate in collaborative meetings to discuss client care strategies.

• Utilize your clinical skills to provide a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to the client’s specific circumstances, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they are meaningful and achievable.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly, adhering to organizational guidelines and ethical standards.

• Provide ongoing case management and support, coordinating with community resources and healthcare providers to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will interact with a diverse clientele facing varying degrees of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds, ages, and experiences will be crucial in promoting their mental wellbeing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid mental health license in Pennsylvania as either an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's level education is preferred and may be mandatory depending on specific licensure.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, showcasing your ability to work with clients effectively.

• Willingness to handle a caseload of up to 40 client sessions per week or more, demonstrating your commitment to impactful practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While the required minimum experience is two years, we prefer candidates with experience in telehealth therapy services, particularly in delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Familiarity with case management and multidisciplinary collaboration will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
