You will collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, utilizing online platforms for communication and case management.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and assessments for clients, documenting each case meticulously from initial consultation through to treatment completion.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to the client's goals.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, medical doctors, social workers, and nurses, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Assist clients in managing referrals to additional services when necessary to enhance their recovery process.

• Engage with family members and primary caregivers, providing them with strategies to support loved ones facing mental health challenges.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in psychotherapy and maintain adherence to best practices as outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will include adults experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. We also support families and couples seeking to improve their relational dynamics and overall mental health. Your expertise will be vital in understanding and addressing the complexities of mental health conditions and promoting effective recovery strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensing as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.
\n
• A passing score on the National Counseling Exam (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems such as AVATAR to document client interactions and treatment plans efficiently.

• A solid understanding of co-occurring physical and emotional health conditions, as well as addiction disorders.

• Demonstrated experience in individual and group counseling settings.

• Familiarity with the effects of psychotropic medications and their roles in client treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications.
