This remote position allows you to work from home while being part of a collaborative and supportive virtual team. Our practice promotes flexibility and a positive work-life balance, with a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While we generally adhere to these hours, some flexibility may be required to accommodate the varied needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' unique backgrounds, experiences, and challenges, leading to personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of Texas.

• A robust understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and the principles of cultural competence in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally responsive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with an ability to remain composed and solution-oriented during emergencies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
