Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of each client's unique mental health needs, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through secure telehealth channels, ensuring that therapy is accessible and tailored to fit the needs of each client.

• Engage with clients to collaboratively set therapeutic goals and maintain an ongoing dialogue to monitor their progress and adjust treatment as necessary.

• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, adapting your approach based on client preferences and needs.

• Document detailed notes of therapy sessions and client interactions promptly and accurately in compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

You will work with a diverse client population dealing with issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
