Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting, providing therapists with flexibility while ensuring consistent and high-quality outpatient care. Even while working remotely, you will be part of a collaborative team that emphasizes communication, professional development, and support. Our therapy practice operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to capture the unique life experiences of each patient, which informs tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, aligning interventions with the needs and cultural backgrounds of individual clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and acute support to clients during mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options, while connecting them to community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation as mandated by ethical and legal standards; this includes the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas, ensuring you meet all state regulatory requirements.
