Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to ensure that mental health services are accessible regardless of geographic location. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility expected to accommodate patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing culturally sensitive mental health assessments to comprehend patients’ unique experiences and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy—tailored specifically to individual needs and cultural backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on fostering resilience and addressing mental health challenges effectively.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, demonstrating strong de-escalation skills and maintaining a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon, permitting you to practice independently in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
