Work Environment\n

As a remote community health clinic, our working style emphasizes flexibility and collaboration. The schedule generally runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate the varying schedules of our patients. You'll be part of an innovative and inclusive team, working closely with healthcare professionals across disciplines to ensure comprehensive care for each individual.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive, aiming to grasp each patient’s unique life experiences and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health challenges, enhancing resilience, and improving overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the principles of cultural competence in therapy.

• Practical experience in delivering individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally responsive approaches.

• Exemplary crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect and build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
