Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic services employing various evidence-based practices, customizing your approach to best support individuals with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated treatment approach, addressing both physical and mental health needs.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, leveraging de-escalation techniques rooted in empathy and efficacy.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at raising mental health awareness, helping to destigmatize mental health issues in surrounding populations.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in building rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, and a willingness to adapt methods based on evolving client needs.

• Exceptional organizational skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation through our electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting preferred, with a focus on outpatient therapy.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidenced-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in community outreach or mental health education initiatives to further enhance organizational impact.

Compensation and Benefits\n
