This position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while remaining connected with our dedicated team. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the varied needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and formulate comprehensive treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored specifically to each patient, taking into account their individual cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to explore mental health concerns, promote resilience, and foster emotional well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for your clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring that clients feel safe and heard.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to support the continuity of care.

• Actively engage in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training sessions to enhance your skills and effectiveness as a therapist.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within Oregon.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, along with a commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Experience in delivering group and individual therapy utilizing approaches that are respectful of cultural diversity and inclusiveness.

• Ability to remain calm and effective in crisis situations, demonstrating strong crisis intervention skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, validated by a history of building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
