Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose clients and develop informed, personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

  Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques.

  Collaborate with a network of case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated care strategy for each client.

  Respond effectively to crisis situations by providing intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress—this may include de-escalation techniques and immediate therapeutic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Matriarch Trauma-informed Care, Inc., you will have the privilege of working with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your role will significantly influence the mental health outcomes of those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other psychological disorders.

Qualifications\n

  Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields including Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

  Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport and establish effective therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

  Exhibit cultural sensitivity and competency to effectively address the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

  Maintain excellent organizational and time-management skills essential for timely documentation and adherence to treatment protocols.

Compensation and Benefits\n
