Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being through intake interviews and clinical evaluations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients’ unique needs, clinical assessments, and evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions via video conferencing, providing valuable coping strategies and therapeutic skills to support client progress.
\n
• Monitor clients’ progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure continuity of care through regular follow-ups.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to provide comprehensive support to clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health record (EHR) documentation according to organizational and regulatory standards.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention protocols as needed, utilizing strong de-escalation techniques to support clients in distress.
\n
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse individuals from various backgrounds, addressing a spectrum of mental health conditions including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse issues, and complex trauma. Our clients are often looking for compassionate and culturally competent care that acknowledges their unique circumstances and lived experiences. You will be instrumental in fostering a safe space where clients feel empowered to express their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations in a mental health setting.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, crisis intervention strategies, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to deliver thoughtful and culturally sensitive individual and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
\n
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care approaches.

• Previous work in a community health setting or with underserved populations.
\n
• Background in providing teletherapy services is highly valued, as is experience in integrating technology into client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
