Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into patients' unique experiences, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering resilience and promoting improved mental health outcomes among patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, utilizing strong emotional regulation and intervention skills.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, including adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Washington.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and a commitment to culturally competent therapy.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy with a culturally responsive approach.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with a capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
